Email access, Google Drive limits, ZIP files and your offline gallery.
Find your purchase
Open your Etsy purchases and the delivery PDF. Follow its instructions: some packs use a personal email link, others a Drive folder. Check spam and promotions. For a missing or mistyped email, contact us through the order with its number and correct email.
When Drive will not download
Open the link in your normal browser, outside the Etsy app. If Drive reports a quota limit, retry later; Google says this is usually temporary and may last around 24 hours. Another file may remain available. If Make a copy is offered and you have storage available, Google suggests downloading your own copy. Owner restrictions can prevent this. A shortcut is not a copy. Check browser cookies or extensions if downloads do not start.

Extract before browsing
- Allow the download to finish and ensure enough free disk space.
- Extract the ZIP into a local folder. Keep its folder structure.
- If included, open the offline gallery's index.html from the extracted folder.
- For a damaged archive, redownload that archive. Smaller individual downloads can be easier to manage.
